Teach Me to Fix My Chakras – Part I
Chakra means wheel or energy center. We have over 100 of them, from head to toe. Some of the lesser known locations are the palms of our hands, the soles of our feet., the backs of our knees, and the joints right next to our ears. There is one about a foot above our heads, and another one about a foot below our feet. They all have names and functions, colors and vibrations and even sounds. Each chakra is correlated to an organ and system of the body as well. Everything living has a chakra system.
When these centers are at their optimum state, they rotate clockwise and very quickly. The action of the rotation works like a magnet, attracting life giving energy into our bodies. Sometimes the Chakra can be a bit sluggish, and spin slowly, or counterclockwise, or not at all. A pendulum (I prefer a crystal pendulum) can offer the perfect diagnosis of the condition of the Chakras. At any given time, some of our Chakras are not spinning properly.
Why would a Chakra be having, so to speak, a bad day? Because of blocks. Almost every human knows the painful experience of a trauma, an illness, a scare, a shock, a rejection, an abandonment and the list goes on. A block is created every time we get an emotional or physical bang. These block sit in our Chakras. They are the storehouse for everything that has ever happened to us. Our whole life story reflects in our Aura and Chakras, making it possible for true Clairvoyants to see what they see.
I referred to Chakra Work as a science, and I meant it. It may not be taught in Traditional Medical Schools (yet) but it is a science nevertheless by definition:” A systematic and formulated knowledge (moral, political, natural, etc.)” The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Current English, 7th Edition. The creation of the Chakras and how they are meant to serve us is pure Divinity, and in keeping with the belief that we can heal ourselves. I say that because what happens next is sheer genius.
So we all have blocks residing in various chakras, depending on the nature of the blow we received, remaining in place without bothering us too much, just taking up space, and growing and festering. Are we aware that this is going on? Usually yes, but who really wants to bring up old stuff? Too painful, too much rocking the boat. This is called repression in Psychology, but not only do we repress in the mind, we repress in the body. However, and here is the beauty part, the block must be released eventually, and when that time comes, the body will start to talk to you. Gently at first, but if you ignore your body, it will have to speak louder and louder. Now we have arrived at the point people say: “I am sick. I have a pain. My back hurts. I must have caught a virus. I better make an appointment with the doctor.”
Stay tuned for Part II
