New Year Resolutions and Holistic Ways To Make Them Work
Resolutions are these wonderful pacts we make with ourselves to change something in our life. It may be the way we eat, a bad habit we have to change, possibly a new thing we want to accomplish in this particular calendar year. With our soul patterns and energetic grid layout we need to remember it is not just at a new year that we need to do these things. We are in constant change and flux, moving forwards or backwards, and need to remember to change things as much for our goals throughout our entire lifetime.
Holistic ways to make our resolutions stick with us are approaching them from a mind-body-spirit connection level, along with resolving the core issue of the program. For example, if you want to quit smoking for your New Year’s resolution, you have to hit all of these key points for this to be successful for you now, and for your entire lifetime.
For a mind aspect, it is about making that commitment to yourself that you are going to quit smoking. Turn this into a positive asset such as you will be healthier for making this decision. Stay focused on the positive aspects of your resolutions to make them stronger, and include emotion based affirmations to back them up.
Working on the body aspect, you will need to make subtle changes to keep your energy bodies healthy during this time. Work on energy healing to keep your cravings down and stay focused on your goal. Try herbal remedies such as flavored toothpicks to cut down cravings and keep you on track!

Spend time some soul searching on why you started this habit, how it made you feel, and why you kept reverting back to this. Make not of how you felt when you started, during, and now that you are changing.
